Born 6 years ago, Dara is a cross between a Pinscher and a Dachshund. I have had many dogs along the years but this one is most certainly a very special one. Apart from being incredibly loyal and intelligent she’s a great little dog to have around.
Dara is very affectionate and demands a lot of attention. Of course she enjoys going for walks, boat trips and playing with other dogs but her ultimate favourite activity has to be driving around town. She loves the sound made by the car keys and the slightest noise will set her off.
Unfortunately is not all plain sailing when it comes to this little lady. She’s got a very refined hunting instinct. She has no problem with cats in general but when it comes to mice and birds that’s another story. She hunts them down and sometimes, when she doesn’t eat them straight away, hides them in her kennel - which we always find out a couple of days later.
This is an indoor doggie. She hates cold weather and wants to be around people all the time and is always ready to play, eat or sleep around you
