I adopted Daisy from a pet shelter/rescue group. She is a mix of Dachsund and an unknown breed.

Daisy is incredibly sweet and social, and loves to have people around. She is very "affectionate" and will lick people nonstop while also trying to climb into their laps!

She is on the small side, and very easy to groom because she does not shed much. She and my other dog, Scout, get along great and are close. On the one occasion that Scout escaped the back yard, Daisy did not follow, but rather stayed in the yard, whimpering and shaking.

I would recommend this dog to anyone. Even without formal training, she is incredibly well behaved and loving. In addition, Daisy is excellent with children, never biting and always allowing her tail to be pulled.
