Chico was adopted from the pound with his "sister" Cha-cha who he was found with - the vet had aged both dogs at 10mos old and assumes they actually are siblings from the same litter. Very different dogs - Chico was likely abused or hit in the head a lot during his life as a stray. I think he is mentally challenged. He is very nervous and anxious, barks a lot, will roll over and pee, and does everything Cha-cha does or everything she makes him do. He is not very smart, and cannot be house trained. He has accidents daily, and is not friendly to people. He is very sweet with other dogs, but freaks out around cats, or smaller animals. He gets into a lot of trouble, but still deserves love.
