We got Jet when she was about 8 months old, and had already recieved basic training. She is a very attractive, intelligent dog, and picks up things really easily. Jet is exceptionally good and patient with all children, and the majority of adults too. However very very rarely she can be spooked by strangers and can act slightly agressive (bit of barking, growling etc). She doesn't like cats either, although it has been relatively easy to train the chasing part out of her. She is also very wary with certain dogs, and can get very protective. For example, if a dog comes too near she will act aggressively, by growling and coming between me and the dog. This obviously presents a problem, although she can be absolutely fine with some dogs. She gets jealous around familiar dogs too, although in these cases she will gently try and push the dog away. She has recieved extensive training to try and combat this problem, which we believe is a result of something that happened to her as a puppy. Jet hasn't been too expensive to own, although she needs grooming at least twice a week, especially in summer. She is very sturdy with a lot of vigour, and I would recommend this cross to a more experienced dog owner.
