Cinnamon was one of the best dogs ever. He was very loving and sweet. He cared about his whole family. He loved to play. We were often throwing toys across the room or sticks across the yard. And he never gave them back, either. You had to fight for them! He loved to be pet; especially on the bum! If you scratched anywhere along his spine or bum, that back leg would come on up and bounce up and down.
He liked to rub against things. He would rub against the couch, the bushes, the trees. It was never a surprise to see his fur caught on something.
Like all dogs, he loved walks. But as he got older, he got slower and eventually ended up behind you.
Cinnamon loved the snow. He would sit out in the snow for hours, becoming covered in snow himself. He was a beautiful sight.
He had a special spot in the shadow of the tree out front. He was so well-behaved that we could leave him outside without supervision.
Cinnamon was our longest-lasting dog. Twelve years. We loved each other dearly, and I'll never forget the first dog I can remember our family owning.
