Lance, my purebred collie, is my best friend.  He is the dog that i have grown up with.  He is very intelligent,  and i wouldn't ask for a better pet. He loves to run, and he doesn't need a fenced in yard. One thing is that he barks way too much. At the local dog park, he sticks by me, and just barks, going after the occasianal ball throw. He is a great photo-taker, and sits still when i need him too. I have easily taught him all his tricks including: Stay, sit, shake, lay down, play dead, up, circle ( where he turns in a circle), come around ( where he circles aroung my body then sits beside me) and i'm sure to teach him many more. He knows quite a few words too. He loves to cuddle, like if i'm laying in bed, he'll come up right next to me, look at me with those big brown eyes, and ask if he can come on up to. When hears a yes, he'll jump up and lay as close as you as he can get.  He is just a big, gentle giant.
