Her name was Zaira and she was a beautiful proud collie . She was my grandmother's but i played with her almost every day when i was younger. I dont remember many things about her , only that she was stunningly beautiful, huge and extremely furry.
She woud run every time i called her name and bark until i hug her. Despite her not so good health she was extremely playful and happy and she was never tired of me riding her like a dog since she was taller than me.
I never really understood what kind of illness she had , probably some kind of epilepsy. We had many doctors come and go the last years of her life and we spent a great deal of money for her medicine but she would not get better.
She passed away last summer while i was away visiting relatives.
I felt happy for her because she had a nice life and she went peacefully while sleeping. I will always remember her beautiful snout and those big wet eyes.
