Lacy the Cocker Spaniel

My mother-in-law owns a cocker spaniel that I have spent quite a bit of time with over the years. She is incredibly sweet...but here are the issues she has:

1. Lacy has suffered from seizures since she was a puppy. She has to be on constant medication because of this.
2. She smells!! You know that classic "dog" smell? Well, she has it to the extreme. Shaving her is pretty much the only way to keep that at bay.
3. She barks at everyone she does not know. This makes it hard to socialize her.
4. She hates dry dog food. She won't eat for days if that is all that is available to her.

Putting those issues aside, she is very sweet to those of us in the family. She will always be at the foot of the couch with you just snoozing away. All in all, this is a dog I would not recommend unless you don't mind dealing with some issues. She's very cute though!
