Franklin came to me as a seven year old stray from a shelter. When on first got him, he was very fearful of people and a bit aggressive. Over time, he learned to trust us humans again and became a ver loving, loyal pal. He loved to be lazy and sleep in the sun all afternoon. He was always on the lookout for a lap to sit in and some ear rubs. The only thing that we really found hard to deal with, was some of the constant health issues we dealt with, which is common for the cocker spaniel. We dealt with numerous ear infections over the years and tumors as he got older.
