My Cocker Spaniel

Acquired our Cocker Spaniel when he was a puppy. Great with the children who were all under ten years old. Got along with everyone and was especially good with my wife who was sick at the time. Maintenance was not an issue with him, but he did need to be groomed. Funny story about him when he was about ten. I received a phone call from the local prison in the middle of the night. He had gotten lose and we did not notice he was not in for the night. The call was to tell me he was at "Super Max" and I needed to come get him. Told my wife that one of our sons was in jail and I had to go get him out! Health was a problem as he had Hip Dysplasia and Epilepsy. Had to put him down at fifteen after he developed tumors. He was a good dog and it took us a few years before we were able get another one.
