I bought Holly after seeing an ad in the local newspaper selling cocker spaniel puppies.
The first night we had her home she was so good, and did not cry or whimper for the night.
She is a friendly dog wit a sense of adventure. She unfortunately also loves to dig and is a little foolish.
Although lovely and caring dogs, they are not the most obedient and will not answer to your calls when they run off.
Grooming can be difficult with them as their fur can easily get in to knots.
They can become a little bit hyper and can be very protective so they may not be the best dogs for young children but perfect for teenagers and adults.
