American Cocker Spaniel

By

United States

Posted August 5, 2015

The American Cocker Spaniel is a friendly, good natured dog, and seemingly easy to train. Although ours is a bit mischievous and sometimes likes to chase cars and any vehicle that have wheels, she has a sweet temperament and was easy to train doing tricks like leave it, lay, roll, shake, etc.

Our American Cocker Spaniel gets excited easily and urinates easily when excited. With that said, she also loves to mark areas whenever possible.

Cocker Spaniels are sweet dogs, and for the most part, obedient. They are great with other dogs, although because they generally get excited, bark often, but with good intention.
