Having my Bouvier des Flandres has been a wonderful experience for me and my family. She is the most loyal dog I have ever met, she's affectionate, and very gentle. That being said, raising my dog had it's challenges. During her early years she was incredibly energetic and very difficult to train - we went to dog obedience classes as actually got kicked out. However, with age she settled down into a very quiet and docile dog. Overall, we have greatly enjoyed our time with our Bouvier.
There is one warning label the bread should come with: your Bouvier will have gas issues. Before buying our Bouvier we did a lot of research and it warned us to be prepared for Bouvier farts. We laughed it off and thought "how smelly could it be?" Let's just say its very smelly and becomes more intense and frequent with age.
