Border Collie Mix

Got my dog back in October of 2008 and I absolutely loved him from the start. He is a Border Collie mix however, we aren't sure the type of mix. His legs hint a basset hound due to them being jagged (arthritis is soon to come). Since he is a mix he is small-medium size. Although he is a mix, he still shows Border Collie characteristics -always hunting down squirrels and birds and slowing creeping up to them.

The only "negative" side to him (if you consider it negative) is he gets very nervous and during storms he shakes terribly. Due to his anxiety we always know when a stranger approaches our door and are never in worry of robbers - but because of his small size he probably would do them much damage! -

Overall any breed of Border Collie is a solid dog to have for a family and for kids!
