There is not enough room for me to tell all there is about a Lacy. We have our own assosiation LGDR, we are very selective about our breading habits, we like to produce a good dog while maintaining the health of the dam. Lacy dogs are the state dog of Texas. I have personaly worked them on cattle and blood trailing. I have wached others using them for hog hunting. The most ammazing part of a Lacy is there ability and willingnes to learn. I think you could teach them to dig worms and bait your hook. They will make anyone look like a pro trainer. They make grate companions but do need a job or worked with to keep them sharp. They are like kids when they have to much idle time. They are not appartment dogs that is for sure. If you like the outdoors or want a good working dog these dogs are it. My dog Scobby as saved me once or twice when feeding our longhorns. If you ever get a Lacy, you won't own any other breed. If you have questions contact a breeder they can help you out. firstname.lastname@example.org Is my email if you have questions.
