My family has had 8 different basset hounds over the course of my life, and Olivia has proven to be very unique. Basset Hounds have the reputation of being lazy bones, but not Olivia! She definitely has the hunter's instinct. She chases the cats and the chickens, and is occasionally a barker and howler. She's also a little too forceful in trying to get our three year old to play with her. But, overall, she's really fun and funny to have around. She's still a pup, but she is showing promise in her obedience classes.
