Holly was raised as an outdoor dog. She spent the majority of her life on my uncle's farm. When my uncle moved, she moved in with me and my dad. Holly was a great dog, she loved riding in the car, but she had to be in the front seat. I would not recommend an Aussie for a family with small children. They are herders, therefore will chase young children around. That is about my only complaint about this breed. Other than that, they are great dogs and will make a wonderful companion for any dog lover.
