My family fostered Stampy and four of his sister pups for a rescue when they were just one week old. Their momma dog was a very old stray who didn't have enough milk to feed them. (She had especially refused to feed Stampy because he was the runt of the litter). We bottle-fed all five puppies and, when they were old enough, all four of Stampy's sister's were adopted by other loving families. Stampy was the last one left, so my whole family joined together in convincing my Dad to let us adopt him. He eventually gave in (after much insistence), and we couldn't be happier to have him! He's such a perfect dog! :)
