Few dogs have impressed me more, than one of our ranch dogs, we affectionately called 'Patch'. He was mostly Australian Shepherd, but I have to say, I believe there was some Border Collie in there as well.

It wasn't what patch could do for tricks...
It's what he didn't do..

He had virtually no bad habits. Didn't bark a-lot, didn't have accidents, didn't eat chickens...you know, all those bad things that farm dogs tend to do!

He was VERY loyal. And He had a really big heart. Patch was an adventurous sort, and he never seemed to give-up his best friends. Those whom he enjoyed (people, and animals), he was very affectionate toward.

May every blessed dog owner, at some-point, own a Patch.
