Kip is typical working dog. She's ready for action 24 hours a day even though she's almost 12. You never need to wonder where she is because she is always under your feet ready to "work". Her eyes are always on you trying to anticipate what you're going to do next. Many people make the grave mistake of taking on a working dog without understanding that they need a lot of training, attention and exercise. Kip has been well trained from a puppy and it has paid dividends. Consistency is the key, as is having a human "pack leader". She's an incredibly loving dog who has yet to meet a person she doesn't like. She is, however, quite a sneaky brat when the "alpha" family member is away and often breaks into cupboards to steal things ??
