Over Friendly Pitbull Named Jake

Strong, loyal and very friendly. I remember my handsome dog Jake being very energetic and playful. Not once do I remember him not wanting to play, with us or with any other dogs for that matter. Jake was always so happy-go-lucky! Not one once of aggression!

One challenge is that he did require a lot of attention. He liked to be taken on walks, or for that matter could take you on a walk. As soon as Jake saw a squirrel, he would take off (and drag you along with him). I would highly recommend early training if you're considering an American Pit Bull as a pet. I did manage to receive training for Jake (from another Pit Bull owner) but I would advise that you train your dog early on. Either way, I thoroughly enjoyed having Jake as a pet. He was very loving and friendly, quite contrary to the typical negative stereotypes many have about Pit Bulls being aggressive.
