Bulldogs are incredibly cute. They have a face that's so ugly it just has to be cute. I don't have any complaints about the temperaments of the dogs, either. They're friendly, quiet, relaxed, and generally affectionate although not to an extreme level. My main concern with Bulldogs is that they have been bred to failure. One of the ones I knew was clearly deformed from inbreeding - he had a savage limp, and extreme underbite, and in general seemed pretty dumb. He wasn't just one exception to otherwise perfect breeding though. Bulldogs are known for their many genetic issues. I would adopt a Bulldog, yes. I would never buy one from a breeder though.
