Cats, arguably the most curious creatures on earth. I have a cat of the Toyger breed whom I named Tom. He is medium sized, very muscular and athletic looking. Tom weighs about 12.5 pounds The stripes on his body are very attractive to look at. He is very playful and active when awake. We brush him weekly to keep his coat shiny and healthy. He also has his nails trimmed, and ears cleaned from time to time. He is most active at night and spends most of the day sleeping. I’ve read that Toygers can live for 13 years or more. I hope Tom will live longer. Tom is very territorial and does not hesitate to get into fights with other cats in our neighborhood when he spots them in our compound. The Toyger is is well suited for any home willing to care for the breed.
