Paladin or Dark knight? He's both.

As a joke, we named him after one of our favorite games. Getting him as a stray, my friend and I looked down at this little fellow and laughed, saying that he was going to grow into the strongest fighter. Hence the name Paladin Cecil. At that point he was a tiny thing, barely bigger than the palm of my hand. But as he grew, he became more and more mischievous. This is when his alter ego came out, Dark Knight Cecil. Yes, he is still called both, though he now has to reside with my parents. He is just as playful and mischievous as he always was, and I miss him dearly, to this day. Every chance I get, I have to take the time to visit him, though. I can't wait for that next opportunity!
