Pasha was not only a beautiful cat, he was also very loving and smart. He was very curious and if mom did laundry, he would have to jump up on the shelf in the linen closet to check out the sheets and towels. He was very playful and loved it when you put catnip out for him. He would jump up on your lap if you were sitting on the couch and want to be petted. He had the best purr I've ever heard.
Besides having the most beautiful blue eyes, Pasha had a meow that was very unique. It is a trait of the Siamese breed to be very verbal and Pasha absolutely embraced that - loudly. You could hear him meow from one end of the house to the other. If he was looking for you, he would start walking around meowing until her found you and you petted him. He was very happy when we got a second cat and they were like brothers for his entire life.
Siamese cats are social and need to be loved on. They do well with another cat in the house. They shed like any other cat sheds, so a bit of brushing is always a good idea. They are playful and verbal and will make your life better and fuller for having them in it. My Siamese cat lived to be 19 years old and I have a lot of really good memories of Pasha.
