This type of cat is easy to train and is very intelligent. He learns quikly and can be your best friend. What I like the most is his appearance and that he is comfortable being alone. When we take him to the country side, he can walk all day around by himself and we even don't see him in the day time, but at the evening, he comes home and sleeps with us in the bed. He has never tried to run away from home. He is okay with other pets, for instance, with our guinea pigs or the dog, but he is not good with birds. He is always trying to catch them.
What I don't like about him, is that he pees on wet carpets and towels. When someone comes out of the bath or shower, we can never leave wet towels on the floor, because they will always be smelly afterwards.
