Banzai Cat

This cat has a unique look and personality. The grey color is beautiful, especially next to the green eyes and I love his big bushy tail!

Banzai the cat is very friendly and familiar with us (just me and my boyfriend). He is very smart and learned our habits well – this was very amusing! As soon as we start the shower, he comes and “guards” us from the entrance and meows when we get in – so protective of us, trying to save us from water! However, he doesn’t like changes in the routine and will be pouty for a bit before getting accustomed to it.

Banzai is also shy with new people and often runs away or hides but eventually warms up when he gets curious enough and will eventually cuddle up with you. I’ve never had problems with this cat getting along with other cats – it was only ever in the reverse. If he encounters new cats, he gets cautious and curious, skeptical of what the new creature is all about. When encountering a mean/feisty cat, he wimps out fast and runs away and hides.

The biggest problem is cat hair – and these cats need to be brushed frequently (to be expected with long hair). Overall he is very friendly. I would say he is more relaxed than energetic. However, he is named "Banzai" because he loved jumping off of couches/surfaces/tables when he was younger. They will cuddle and like to play in boxes (what cat doesn’t?!).

A great cat for anyone! Does well with other animals (other than being wimpy) and well with kids! Low maintenance, except for the fur!
