A Special Cat and Lifelong Memories

Our lives were enriched by a beautiful, dark grey cat named Bella. Bella was amazing (she is no longer with us, sadly). We had her for seven lovely years. She was a very special cat with extremely sharp intelligence. One of my fondest memories of Bella was when she would leap out of her "hiding place" and come up behind me and start licking my neck. It was her way of "kissing" me. She would do little things like that all the time. While Bella certainly was independent and needed her time to herself, when she was ready to play, it was fun times for all. She was incredibly playful and sweet. Bella did not require any special attention, other than petting, hugging and letting her sleep by us - of course when she chose to do that! Her health was excellent - no major problems or issues. She had incredible curiosity, and sometimes that curiosity would mean a few broken items from time to time. It was not, however, a major problem. In fact, I was happy to see Bella explore every nook and cranny in the house! Bella was, in short, a wonderful, sweet, warm creature who was truly a blessing. I highly recommend that anyone adopt a mixed-breed cat from a friend or shelter. Not only will you have a friend for life, but you will find great happiness.
