She's a lover, not a fighter

What can I say about Molly? She wandered into my family almost 10 years ago as a kitten who had been abandoned with a very nasty bald spot on her head. This bundle of insecurity and fur has grown up to be one the sweetest cats. She still lives with my parents and is an outdoor cat, due to her tendency to piddle randomly in the house. Not sure if that's a breed thing, or just a Molly thing.
So pluses, very, very sweet. She loves to be held and pet. Like, drools while you're petting her loves it. She is very easy going, tolerates other animals following her around. Not very vocal. She likes to swim during the hot months. That could be good or bad. The biggest negative, other than the piddling issue, is her coat. It's not as long as a long-haired cat, but it's long enough that she can't really clean herself. This is mostly a problem during the summer and her hair has been known to get matted, around her bum especially, requiring her to get a hair cut. However, since she is so love-y dove-y, she doesn't mind being brushed like my other cats have.

Excellent cat for families, or someone wanting a real lover of a kitty.
