About Lilu

I’ve been an owner of a very delicate Cornish Rex girl named Lilu and I can say that it is a great choice for a family with a kid. We’ve been thinking about taking a cat since the time our son was 3, I have always been impartial to Sphynxes and my husband wanted some pet with a minimum amount of hair but not entirely hairless. Thus, we ended up with Lilu and it was a right choice.

What I like most about her is the dignified air she goes around the house and the manners she seems to be born with. I don't particularly like cats that tend to steal food from the table or make mischief on purpose – this one never does. I didn’t have to train her to behave herself, it’s the way she is.

I can also say that it was definitely a very good choice when you have a child as our Lilu can play with my son and she never gets aggressive, she allows teasing her; she is never aggressive, period.

One of the things that I would definitely advise to those who think about taking a Cornish Rex is that these cats simply love warmth. They can’t stand cold and will always seek for cosy places in your blankets, for instance)).
