During a camping trip at one of my parents cabins I found two American Shorthair kittens, brother and sister, whom I named Romeo & Bella. Bella, the sister, was so sweet. She was very nice, never used her claws, and always wanted to snuggle up. Romeo, the male, was a little more rowdy, climbing up into the ceilings and quite the trouble maker. I agreed that we would keep them to get them fixed up, spayed/neutered and vaccinated and then they would find good homes. They both had very different personalities, but brought a lot of joy (as most kittens do) and it was rewarding to see them go to good homes. They were pretty healthy kittens, considering they were strays, and after getting them cleaned up and vet checked, they were perfect.
