Purr-fect Kitty Companion

My boyfriend and I have had Constable Chubs since January 2016, and we couldn't be happier.

We rescued our cat from our friend's sister, who was no longer able to take care of her. While the first day in her new home was a little stressful, she adjusted quickly. Now she even sleeps next to us every night!

The Constable is a little shy, but once she warms up to you, she will let you pet her or play with her. She isn't too fond of being picked up, but she will tolerate it...and she has never, ever scratched or bitten to escape! As far as cats go, she is very well-behaved and will respond to positive encouragement; for instance, when she was scratching our couch, we simply moved her scratching post to her favorite spot...and she stopped ruining our furniture.

If you work full-time or travel often, a cat can be the purr-fect pet. Just be sure to give your feline friend lots of love when you return home!
