Derps is an American Shorthair cat I acquired about three or so years ago, and let me tell you; he is a hoot. I named this cat Derps because he does some really ridiculous things, be it the position he is sleeping in, or his overall shenanigans. He is orange, big, and has massive, curious eyes, which can be seen in the images.

He is super playful, clean, and cuddly. I often take naps on my couch after work of when I get home from school, and he will jump right on my chest and sleep on it, almost crushing me with his weight; it is totally worth it.

Derps almost seems like a young child, and emotionally sensitive. I always make sure to be super nice with him, because I do not know if he can handle rough play, despite him weighing in the 20 pound range.
