My Beloved Cocoa

I developed a love affair with cats from an early age, because my mother always owned a cat. Following the death of my dog and shortly after the birth of my son, I got myself this beautiful cat, Cocoa. She is still a great part of my life.

The life of a cat owner is remarkable less demanding than having dogs, but I swear there are days when I think I have a second child. Cocoa has been with my son from as soon as he was creeping and over the years they have developed a very loving and great relationship. I have never has an incident with her putting my son in danger.

Lucky for us, we have also not had to deal with any allergies. Cocoa is great with people - almost too loving. She has a unique gift of getting even cat haters to love her.

Of course the maintenance with a cat is a little different with a dog, but I quickly caught on and after some years, I have found ways to deal with the litter scent and fur all over my furniture and linen. Additionally, she does not do well with dogs, which concerns me, since I am eager to get another French bulldog.
