Rosamundo - a stray

Rosamundo came into our lives when his previous owner decided to leave him to fend for himself and at the mercy of neighbors. We had no intention of adding a member to our clan but who can resist a playful delight, let alone see an innocent cat go hungry and stay out in the elements! Rosamundo was a stray cat and yes the name as feminine as it sounds, was fitting for a cute little stray.
Rosomundo does not enter our home, he stays outdoors and comes into the porch during the nights. He loves to stare at the birds and chase after squirrels. Bambi, our mutt chases after him and there begins the game of hide and go seek. He lays on his back and tempts you to come and stroke his belly or rub his back. We like Rosamundo because he is not a needy cat, instead he makes us laugh and we forget the challenges of the day when we take him up on his invitation to play. He gets his yearly checkup and besides that he has not had any medical issues. Grooming is a breeze because he grooms himself, no fuss there! He takes off certain times of the month and we don't worry about him because he has consistently showed up without any accidents. Rosamundo fits our style and is a great match for us. He has a home and we have great company.
