Acquired: Other (stray, given cat by friend etc.)

He is nudging my chin as I write these words. Oswald Kittypot (Ozzy) lived in the woods behind my husband's work. He was skinny and starving, but always came up to get love from my husband. My husband started buying food for him, and we decided we should take him home one day before a huge storm.
Before you just take a cat home, you have to consider the possible expenses. Ozzy had digestive issues and needed to be neutered, so we ended up spending more than anticipated. He needed medicine and shots too. It all ended up being worth it though.
He is a sweetie, but he causes mayhem in our home. He is not violent, but he is rambunctious. He runs. He jumps. He claws. Sometimes he accidentally hurts us or the other pets. He is friendly. He loves new people and will climb right into their laps. He loves to cuddle and hug. He gives the love and the excitement around the house.
When you get a cat, leather furniture is ruined, you have to sweep all summer, and black will never be the same, but it is all worth it for Ozzy.
