There is something about our cat Ginger that makes you love her. We adopted her from a Petsmart location after another pet died of old age. Ginger looked to be about 2 years old and she was very relaxed. When we went into the store, she let my husband sit her on his shoulder and just stood there. It was funny, but immediately he felt like we should take her because she was cool.

She was so playful and obviously happy to have a new home. These days she is quite lazy and totally fine with sitting in her bed by the window all day. She gets along with other dogs and family. Our experience with this breed has been very positive.

Even though she is always relaxed, she will also play if we engage her with scrap pieces of paper (balled up are her favorite to chase around) or her toys.
