We love our domestic terrorist.

I've owned lots of cats throughout my life. Having grown up on a farm, we had lots of barn cats. In my experience all cats are different. Crystal is very different. She is still young, so we will have to see how she develops. As she's grown older she has become more aloof and less likely to seek attention, except first thing in the morning, when she wants to be held and stroked, but that only lasts about five minutes.
We call her our domestic terrorists because, unlike any of our previous cats, she tears things up, carries things off (my glasses from the counter while I had a shower, even left the lenses scratched up so bad I had to get new ones), she hides and waits to attack. And when I say attack, I mean it. She bites, she scratches, and she growls. We aren't sure why she does this as we have never played rough with her. I really think it's just her personality. But we love her, and since we've had her from about 3 weeks old, we are very attached and wouldn't trade her for anything.
