I found Lia as a stray, and my girlfriend and I did not realize that she was a "Trojan horse," as she was pregnant with 4 kittens when we found her (we only realized this a few weeks in, when she started to gain weight very quickly). To this day, we believe that she "found us." Could not have been happier with the decision to take her in. She is a very sweet and very affectionate cat; very intelligent also. One mistake that we did make with one of Lia's kittens was trying to have him adopted, and then trying to bring him back in. Lia did not recognize him because he smelled different, and so ever since, there has been some "family feuding" in the household, although it has tapered down a lot. However, to us, and all other humans, Lia is very sweet.
