The "other" Garfield

About 12 and 1/2 years ago i adopted my two cats Socks and Mittens when they were 10 weeks old. I love them both equally but I'm going to talk about Socks because he is a very unique and funny cat. Socks is a brown short hair tabby with white feet and belly reaching all the way to his nose. I guess you could say he's part dog because he begs for food at the table and in the kitchen when you're cooking. He will literally eat anything you give him. He also loves to be carried on my shoulder like a baby. He'll meow at me just because he wants to be held. Socks is a very needy cat. Not independent like most normal cats are. If he doesn't get enough attention he will not leave you alone until he gets it. Socks is not the smartest cat either in most situations but one thing he excels at is getting into packages of food in his reach and finding boxes to hide in. I even found him in a suitcase a couple times. I couldn't ask for a better cat than Socks the "other" Garfield.
