Considering I'd gotten Vivo after his previous owner had been passing him off to various friends for almost a year, Vivo was definitely on the uncertain side when he first came to live with my dog and me, especially after having been driven to get to me over the course of two days. Still, the three of us have warmed up to each other and I am so happy he's part of my little tribe.

He's vocal when it comes to wanting his food and when he wants attention (more now that we moved in with family and I spend less time with him than before), but for the most part, he's very laid back. In boarding experiences, he definitely shows a stronger personality in terms of not wanting to go back into his cubby until he's ready to do so. I haven't tried trimming his claws or giving him a bath myself yet and will likely continue to go to professionals for that.
