Ranch Cat Teryn

Teryn was rescued from a local ranch. His litter was dumped there, and though the ranchers were kind to help them survive, the ranch dogs tormented the little buggers. However, he's one tough son of gun, surviving a kick to the head by horse as well. He's kind, patient and extremely loving. He's also borderline co-dependent with our other cat, Arrow...much to Arrow's chagrin. We chalk it up to his traumatic beginning and the security he feels when with other cats. Teryn is an ideal mousing ranch cat, as he loves the outdoors, is very independent but not easily spooked or timid. The older he gets the more he seems to become comfortable being physically affectionate with adults.
