Acquired: Other (stray, given cat by friend etc.)

I own a seven year old American Short-hair Calico Cat.
The good: she keeps to herself and requires little attention (as most cats do). She gets alongwith dogs splendidly, and she's rather fearless. Neither loud noises, nor smoke emanating from a flaming pot will stir this sleeping beauty and awaken her from her slumber.
The bad: she hates other cats, male and female alike. She also doesn't get along well with other people (male and female alike). She isn't very affectionate and doesn't particularly like to be held, petted or played with except on the rare occasions that "the mood" strikes her.
I'd describe her as benignly neutral. She neither likes nor dislikes me, and only tolerates me because I feed her. I keep her mostly because I know no one else will put up with her attitude.
