Stella - The Great American Shorthair

Stella wandered into our yard a little over a year ago and she has been a dream ever since. She's very lovable, enjoys being around us all the time, and dare I say, she listens better than our dogs! We have no idea about her life before us. We were highly apprehensive about bringing her into our home, as we already had 2 cats, but after searching for an owner and failing, we decided to keep her.

Health wise, she's in great health. She's a little on the chunky side, but only by a pound or two. The dogs enjoy playing with her, and she typically doesn't mind. When she gets tired, she gives them a bop on the nose and they leave her alone. She's not especially aggressive, and highly enjoys sleeping at the end of the bed. Well, she enjoys sleeping anywhere. She's a couch potato. She vocalizes when she wants something, and grooms herself as most cats do. Shedding is minimal, and varies from season to season. All in all, she's an amazing little cat and we wouldn't trade her for the world!
