Puma was born and raised in my family, ever since Puma could walk she would always wrestle with her siblings and run around the house. When we realised she was very energetic we decided to bring her outside, and that was the day we found out she didn't like dogs. Ever since then she has always been an outdoor cat, chasing after small insects, rabbit and other cats. It's hard to get her to sit on your lap since she cant sit still!

Because my cat was very energetic, she almost hurt herself very badly when she was 8 months old. So they can be quite careless so be sure to watch them every now and then. Otherwise if you love energetic, outgoing, and tireless cats I would definitely recommend the American Shorthair breed.
