Our Dear Kitty

We adopted our Ichi when he was just about 2 years old. We found him abandoned in our garage. He was extremely malnourished and had fleas. After taking him to the vet, we discovered that he had feline leukemia, which ended up ending his life years later. In the short five years he was with us, he made our lives very happy. He was a loving, smart cat. He liked to sleep while we were not home and he had a healthy appetite. He did not like to share his space with other animals, but was never viscous toward them. He would simply leave the room. He groomed himself and took care of his own coat, however he did love being brushed. He did have a lot of vet visits which cost us a good amount of money, but it was worth the happy five years we had with him!
