Cleo was a stray up until we found him at around the age of 2. He is now about 9 years old and has still continued to be a great cat. He's cuddly on occasion, but generally he's the type of cat to just sit next to you. As long as he's in the same room as me he'll be purring, he sincerely just loves the company. When you hold him he doesn't enjoy it, but he would never scratch or bite. Cleo is very friendly with strangers and rubs up against anyone who walks in the door. He spends most of his day either outside hunting, or sleeping on my bed. Most of his nights are spent walking around the house, meowing. I've heard that noisiness is common for tuxedo cats, so maybe that has something to do with it. He never runs or hides, and will come when you call him. He's very well litter box-trained, but he does leave quite the mess with his hairballs. I have a minor cat allergy but his fur doesn't seem to affect me as much as my longer haired cat. He has been a great pleasure to have in the house and makes for a great friend. I highly recommend this breed as a pet!
