My American Shorthair

I had my American Shorthair cat for 3 years before we had to give him away due to an allergy in the household. We got him when he was 3 months old, and he was a great addition to our family. He was a sweet, loving cat with lots of energy. He loved to explore and would spend a lot of time on top of the fridge, roaming around on the counter tops or just laying by a window basking in the sunshine. He was very intelligent and was litter trained right off the bat. He didn’t make much noise aside from a bit of meowing at the break of dawn, which served as a good alternative to an alarm clock. He was great around children and loved to be doted on. It was a shame that we had to give him away to another family. This cat was such a great pet.
