After having our cat, Fancy, for eight years, we decided to adopt a second cat. She is similar in appearance to Fancy in that she has an all-black coat, except for a few white patches of fur and a bigger, stronger build. We adopted her from a rescue shelter when she was six months old, having previously lived her entire life in a cage. She is now an active outdoor/indoor cat who enjoys running around and chasing bugs.

Though she isn't as an effective hunter as we hoped she would be, Phoebe is still incredibly friendly with our family, and has bonded with each one of us. She is also skittish and terrified of our dog, but we hope she can learn to co-exist with him as Fancy has. She has a very unique meow and constantly moves her tail. It can be frustrating with how nocturnal she is: she will sleep all day before becoming active at night!
