I found Mojo as a kitten at a country store in rural Texas. He was about eight weeks old and starving. He had mange and was near death. I had pulled into a small country grocery store on a hot summer’s day and he wandered up to me in the parking lot. He mewed and fell up against my shoe. I went inside and asked the clerk for some water and if the kitten had an owner. She said he had been there since the early morning and she had worried that he would wander into traffic.
I picked him up and took him straight to the vet. His mange had been caused by mites and he was severely dehydrated. He was given fluids and medications and began his road to recovery. To make a long story short, he got better and became a great companion animal. He is now a sleep and lovely animal that I hope to have for many years to come. He is well behaved and just a lovely animal companion.
